Chase Machine & Engineering After Market Support includes:
- Setup and installation by qualified Chase technicians at the customer’s facility when requested.*
- On-site training for machine operators.*
- One-year warranty on equipment manufactured by Chase Machine & Engineering
- A recommended spare parts list supplied with the customer package upon delivery. We strongly recommend the purchase of long-lead items to minimize down time and will follow up to suggest the parts you may need at a minimum. (Suppliers do not invest in or maintain inventory as they have in the past.)
- Annual maintenance contracts (beyond original 1-year warranty) are available and quoted upon request.
- Engineering and/or Maintenance telephone support and remote Electrical support via internet or modem
