Extrusion

Chase Machine & Engineering has a long history of designing and manufacturing custom downstream solutions for extrusion, hollow fiber and monofilament lines.  Our primary focus is the small “lab market” integrating unwinds, rewinds and laminators into continuous process lab extrusion lines up to 30” wide, and also Cast Film and Flexible and Rigid sheet lab extrusion lines. 

Our experience covers a wide range of applications from sheet extrusion for recreational applications and industrial materials, to small food and consumer product packaging. Chase builds winders for profile and tubing extrusions; unwinds, laminators and rewinds for cast film and sheet lines; and rewinds for blown film lines. From start to finish, all designs and manufacturing are produced in-house to ensure confidentiality and quality control.
