Whether your application calls for winding, slitting, festooning, laminating, embossing, inspecting or any other assembly or process method for textile and nonwoven materials, our experienced staff will recommend specific production equipment to meet your needs.  Our experience is in continuous fiber or web applications from .005” to 130” wide and thicknesses from .0004” to ¼” for medical disposables, air and liquid filters, industrial fabrics, geotextiles, hollow fibers, food packaging and home goods. 

When your application calls for ‘proof of concept’ or product samples for benchmark testing and market research, our Material Applications Lab is equipped to test materials, assembly and processing methods in a private setting.  For a fraction of the cost of new production equipment, Chase engineers and/or technicians will assist you during your visit.  The Material Applications Lab may be reserved by the hour, day or week.
